| SourceMedia's TransformEd Video w/yours truly and some of my friends!About this site:
As a lifelong educator, entrepreneur, and systems thinker, this site is about creating a space for my thoughts and the thoughts of others who work hard everyday to create a viable, dynamic, and successful learning system for students and teachers. To that end, this site's purposes are: 1. to share my learning journey; 2. to promote & advance the thoughts, ideas, and actions of other transformational educators; 3. to advance the knowledge & understanding of social systems theory/methodology to successfully lead such organizations. Transformational Travelers - These pages are dedicated to my friends and colleagues - both whom I know personally and virtually - who I think have something important to say, who provoke dissonance and deep thinking, who provide great perspectives, are great teachers, and/or are effective guides in advancing our work. I invite you to take a journey and sample their offerings - you'll be glad you did! Trace's Blog - Visit and interact with me via my blog! Reading/Learning - This is largely a bibliography of the books/authors/teachers who have had the biggest impact on my thinking as well as those I hope have something to teach me (when I'm able to get to their material!) Writings/Musings - A set of pages and files of complete and incomplete writings, journal entries, and random and not-so-random thoughts spanning several years. I would love your critical constructive feedback! If you find something you like, you have permission to use and distribute it so long as you provide a little love and reference it as mine. Systems Discovery Team - This is a blog for a group I work with as we work to integrate social systems theory into the daily work of staff throughout an organization. Sorry - its a password protected blog. If you're truly interested in this, email me about how you migh gain access. |
